Return Policy

Items may be returned to Adsum Press for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

Items must be received within 30 days of shipment date from Adsum Press
Buyer must pay return shipping costs
There must be a defect in the product's workmanship. The returned book that has a defect in workmanship must be returned in its original condition (unmarked, undamaged, and no stickers).

Returned items must be shipped via traceable means (i.e., UPS or FedEx), with the original packing slip or invoice enclosed. Any return items received more than 30 days after the original shipment date will be refused, and no refund will be issued. Additionally, if no invoice or packing slip is enclosed, Adsum Press will have no obligation to refund or return the product.

Please note that this return policy applies only to those items purchased online through the Adsum Press store. It does not apply to books through any other bookseller or retail store. Booksellers, distributors and retailers should consult the terms of sales to determine their return policy.
